“I learned firsthand the impact of having—or not having—a financial plan can have on a family,” Will explains. “Losing my father as a junior in high school has shaped everything about who I am today – even my career path.”
In his desire to use this tragic event as a positive for him and others, Will found his calling in financial planning. He completed his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional designation in 2019. In addition, he has FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, life and health insurance licenses, and is an investment advisor representative. Will completed Certified Student Loan Professional® training in 2019, making him the team’s go-to resource for navigating the complexities of student loans.
Will thrives on developing long-lasting, authentic connections with clients. “I’m passionate about helping clients foster a healthy relationship with money so they can balance achieving long-term financial goals with enjoying their daily lives. By entrusting us with their financial concerns, clients can focus on what truly fulfills them.” He works closely with clients to understand their goals, create tailored financial plans, and implement strategies year after year to help them succeed.
Keeping the longstanding family legacy alive, Will graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill. Outside of work, Will prioritizes personal wellness and genuine relationships. Will enjoys traveling, cooking, listening to live music, playing golf, lifting weights, and relaxing in the sauna. Most mornings, you’ll find Will and his wife, Caroline, starting the day with a workout class. They live in the Wilmore neighborhood of Charlotte, just a few houses away from Will’s sister, brother-in-law, and nephew.
