The Opportunity

We have a unique opportunity for a professional, creative, like-minded Financial Planning Analyst to play an integral role in our growing, entrepreneurial firm. As the Financial Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the financial plans for the firm’s clients. We need a confident self-starter to:

  • Prepare onboarding emails for clients.
  • Manage collection and organization of client data.
  • Enter client data into eMoney Financial Planning Software.
  • Interact and correspond with clients on documentation and client portal issues.
  • Generate Financial Plans with a high attention to detail.
  • Manage report requests for external partners (i.e., Estate Planning Attorneys, Bankers, CPAs, etc.)
  • Prepare for client meetings.
  • Reach out to clients for required documentation ahead of meetings.
  • Prepare follow-up correspondence from dictation after client meetings.
  • Update the eMoney Financial Planning Software with newly implemented accounts or policies.

Ideal Qualifications

  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 preferred.
  • Four‐year undergraduate degree and minimum of 1-year experience working in financial services.
  • FPQP® certification preferred.
  • Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation.
  • A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people.
  • Excellent organizational, time management skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • A desire to enhance client experiences through convenience and prompt communication.
  • Curiosity of key financial, investment and risk management concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests.
  • Team player, collaborative, able to work with and through others.
  • High energy and commitment to professional growth and growing our firm.

Physical Demands

Required to stand, walk, and sit; ability to communicate both in person and by phone/video; work on a computer; keyboarding, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Probationary Period

All new team members will undergo a training and probation period (90 days) and are expected to work in the office with the potential for a hybrid work environment.
