Gwen Barr's title is "Practice Administrator," but she is the anchor that keeps the SDT ship steady. She handles payroll, human resources, licensing, accounts payable, purchasing, the CRM, and team and client appreciation. With her exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, Gwen keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. She finds great satisfaction in witnessing clients reach their potential.
Gwen joined SDT 12 years ago after being recommended by a friend. Gwen shares, "We've come a long way. It's great to see how well we work as a team, making a meaningful impact for our clients, community, and each other." Since joining the team, Gwen has participated in a variety of trainings and continues to pursue business and HR certifications.
